April 2nd found the LOTW shuttle bus off on a membership drive with 11 people on board. We were able to cover quite an area. There's just never enough time though to get everyone we wanted to. Hopefully we will be off again in the near future. Maybe some new blood can join us. Next one is April 30th!! Please call Denise or Sue if you would like a fun day out!!

We would like to welcome 5 new members into our league. They are: Four Corners from Berlin (Hwy 49&21), Knot Anchor Inn from Fremont ;(actually in Tustin ), Sportsman’s Bar in Redgranite, Nappy’s and Murph’s Corner in Neshkoro. Hope you get time to stop by and say "Welcome" to our new members and get to know them.

I am waiting for some response from our members to get their coupon in the ‘Tour The County Coupon Book’ that will be coming out in May. I have been stopping at local businesses and have been able to get approximately 30 people signed up. Now it is time for the members to get their coupons in. It won't look very good to have a Tavern League coupon book with only a couple of taverns in it. The cost to you to put a coupon in the book is $10. What a great advertising tool to get new faces into your establishment. Please contact me as soon as possible to get your information to the printer. If you have any businesses in your area that may be interested in being in the book, please have them contact me as well. I am running out of time to make it around the county. We want to thank all who made our 3rd Annual Safe-Ride/Scholarship Bowling Tournament a success. Over the course of the two weekends; we made $5,770.25. Out of a possible56 teams, we had 55. Only one slot was not filled out of the 11 possible time periods. Fantastic! I think everyone had a GREAT time too!! Thanks to Ali & Heather for their work during the games. We'll see you all in the pictures next year!! If anyone would like a copy of their team, please contact Sue and she will be happy to get a copy to you right away.

Five rooms have been held at the Regency in Green Bay for the Fall Convention. It will be Oct 9-12th. Think about joining us. The Trade Show alone is well worth coming for.

We are happy to report that we have an additional 2 drivers now with Safe-Ride. Hopefully they will be starting up soon. Pat will be covering the Neshkoro area, and Justin will be helping with the south western areas of our county. Welcome aboard guys!!

Starting with the June newsletter, a new "Spotlight Corner" will be added. Every month at the meetings, we will pick out a name from the membership bucket for Sue to Spotlight. We will get a chance to learn more about our county members. Hope everyone will like it. Give us some feedback...
